What to include
A short note is enough. Longer dumps of prompts are rarely useful.
- The Google email on the account, if you signed in
- What you were trying to do (generate, download, unlock Luna Lisa, open My works)
- The time it happened, and the amount charged if this is about payment
- A screenshot of the error or the receipt, if you have one
Do not send card numbers, passwords, or one-time codes. We never ask for those.
What we can help with
- Guest trial used up, or Generate returning an error
- Credits that did not appear after checkout
- A pack charged twice, or a receipt that does not match the balance
- Sign-in coming back to the wrong page
- A draft that will not download or will not open in My works
- A product question that the homepage FAQ or pricing FAQ did not cover
What we cannot do
- Guarantee a perfect face, logo, label, or hand in every draft
- Turn a draft into a print-ready 4K file or a video
- Move credits from this product to another site
- Give legal advice about publishing or selling a generated image
- Recover a guest draft after you cleared this browser
