This page explains what Lunalisa (lunalisa.cc) does with information when you generate with Luna Lisa, sign in, buy credits, or start a chat. It is written for users, not as a data-broker notice. We do not sell your prompts or photos.

If you only want the short version: we process what we need to generate a draft, keep your credits, and answer support. Guest drafts stay on your device. Signed-in drafts stay in My works for a short window. You can email us to ask what is on the account.

Who this covers

This policy is for the public site at lunalisa.cc and the product features on it: the Luna Lisa generate page, My works, pricing, and these legal pages.

Login, credits, and checkout run on Account at account.aiphotoreditor.com. That service stores the session and the credit ledger for this product. Payment details are handled by the billing provider Account uses. We do not put a card number on this website.

Information we process

Guest use

You can generate without signing in. In that case we may process:

• The prompt you submit
• A reference photo you choose to upload
• A daily guest count on this device
• Standard request logs (IP address, browser, time) used to run the site and stop abuse

Guest drafts are kept in this browser’s local history. They are not your My works library. Clearing the browser, switching devices, or waiting 24 hours can remove them.

Signed-in use

If you sign in with Google, Account receives the Google account details needed for a session. That usually includes the email address, a display name, and an avatar if Google sends one. We use that login to attach credits, VIP, and My works to the same person on this product.

We do not create a separate password on lunalisa.cc.

Prompts and reference photos

When you press Generate, the prompt and any uploaded reference are sent to Account so the selected model can run. That is the job you asked Spark or Luna Lisa to do. Do not upload photos you are not allowed to use, and do not put secrets in the prompt. Guest trial on Spark is text-to-image only; photo edit needs Luna Lisa.

Logged-in results can be stored in My works so you can open them again. Guest results stay on the device unless you download them.

Credits and payments

Account tracks how many credits this product has, which pack you bought, and whether Luna Lisa is unlocked. Checkout happens on Account. This site never asks you to type a full card number into the generate page.

If you write to us about a missing pack, we may ask for the Google email, the amount, and a receipt. That is only to find the charge.

Live chat

The bubble in the bottom-right corner is Tawk.to. If you open a conversation, Tawk.to processes the messages you type and basic device data so we can reply. You can use email instead. Do not paste card numbers or passwords into chat.

Basic site logs and analytics

Servers and the host (Cloudflare) may keep short-lived request metadata for security, uptime, and abuse prevention.

On the live site we also load two measurement tools. Plausible records page views (the page URL and, when the browser sends one, the referrer). After the first screen has finished loading, Microsoft Clarity may analyze how the page renders and how people click, scroll, and move the mouse, so we can find broken UI. Clarity may set a cookie depending on region and project settings. These tools are not ad networks, and we do not build an advertising profile from them.

Cookies and local storage

After you sign in, this browser stores an Account token so Generate can send your session. That is a functional login token, not an ad tracker. Microsoft Clarity may also store its own cookie after the delayed load described above.

The guest history and some UI flags also live in local storage on this device. You can clear them in the browser. Clearing them signs you out of this site and can drop local drafts.

How long we keep drafts

There is no count cap inside that window. Download anything you want to keep. When the window ends, the library entry and the stored file are removed. We do not promise a longer archive.

Account may keep credit-ledger rows and support emails longer, because those are the record of a purchase or a ticket.

Who else sees a request

A generate request has to reach the model behind the option you picked. Account routes that job. The model provider processes the prompt and any reference you sent for that run.

Other processors you may touch:

• Google, if you sign in
• The billing provider, if you buy a pack
• Tawk.to, if you open live chat
• Plausible, for page-view counts
• Microsoft Clarity, for delayed session and interaction analysis
• Cloudflare, which hosts the site and the Account worker

We do not sell your content to third parties for ads. We do not let another product on Account spend the credits you bought here.

What we do not collect on purpose

• A public mailing address or phone number from you, unless you put one in an email
• Advertising profiles
• A separate password for this site
• Payment card PAN on lunalisa.cc

Please do not send those in chat or email. We will not ask for a password or a one-time Google code.

Your choices

• Use the guest trial without signing in
• Sign in only when you want credits or My works on another device
• Download a draft and treat that file as your copy
• Close chat and use email
• Ask us to look up or close an account by writing from the same Google email

To request deletion of a signed-in library or to ask what Account holds for this product, email support@lunalisa.cc from that Google address. Guest local history is cleared on your device; we cannot pull it back from another phone.

Children

This service is not for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child created an account, email us and we will close it.

International processing

The site and Account run on cloud infrastructure. A request may be processed outside the country you are in. If that is not acceptable, do not generate and do not upload photos.

Changes

We may update this policy when the product changes. The date at the top will change. Continued use after a post means you are reading the current version.

Privacy questions go to the same inbox as product support. Live chat is fine for a short question. Email is better if you want a written record.
