Terms of Service

These terms are the rules for using Lunalisa at lunalisa.cc. If you do not agree, do not generate, do not sign in, and do not buy credits.

They are written in plain language on purpose. They are still binding. The disclaimer and privacy policy are part of the same set.

The service

Lunalisa is the site for the Luna Lisa image model. You write a prompt and generate a still in the browser. Photo edit from an uploaded reference needs Luna Lisa (VIP). You can download a draft after you review it.

Guest trials are limited. Credits, Google sign-in, and checkout run on Account at account.aiphotoreditor.com for this product. The pages you generate on stay on lunalisa.cc.

We may change models, credit costs, or the guest limit. The pricing page and the generate panel show the current cost before you run.

Who may use it

You must be old enough to agree to these terms in your country, and at least 13. If you use the service for a business, you are promising you have the right to bind that business.

You are responsible for the Google account you use to sign in, and for what happens on that login.

Guest trial

Without an account you get a daily guest count on this device. That count is not the credit ledger. When it is used, sign in to keep generating. Guest drafts stay on this browser for about 24 hours. They do not travel with you to another phone.

Accounts and credits

Sign-in is Google only. We do not issue a site password.

A new sign-in on this product receives a signup bonus (currently 10 credits). Spark costs 2 credits per image. Luna Lisa and the other VIP models cost more, and 4K costs more than 2K. The panel shows the charge before you generate.

Credit packs are one-time purchases for this product. They are not a subscription. Credits do not expire. They do not move to another site on Account.

VIP means you bought a pack that unlocks Luna Lisa (including photo upload) plus Nano Banana 2 and Seedream 5, and a 7-day My works window. Free signed-in drafts stay 24 hours.

Failed runs are not charged when Account reports a failure. A finished image that you dislike still used the credits.

Payment and refunds

Checkout is handled on Account. If money left your bank and credits did not appear, email support@lunalisa.cc or open live chat with the Google email, the amount, and the receipt.

We review mistaken charges and missing-credit cases. Used credits are not reversed into a “perfect” image. We do not promise a refund because a face, logo, or label came out wrong.

Your content

You keep the rights you already have in prompts and photos you upload. You grant us a limited right to send that material to Account and the selected model so the generate job can run, and to store a signed-in result in My works for the retention window.

We do not claim ownership of your uploads. Generated drafts can drift. Review them before you publish. You are responsible for whether you are allowed to use the input photo and the output still.

Do not upload images of people who have not agreed, or material you do not have the right to use.

Acceptable use

Use the service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

Create illegal, abusive, or sexually exploitative images, including of minors
Impersonate a real person in order to deceive
Attack, scrape, or overload the service
Bypass guest limits, credit charges, or VIP locks
Reverse engineer Account or this site in order to steal access
Use the service to spread malware or spam

We may refuse a prompt, hide a result, or close an account if we believe these rules were broken.

No guarantees

Results are drafts. We do not guarantee:

A perfect face, hand, logo, or line of text
Accurate counts or product labels
Print quality or a 4K file that a lab will accept
Acceptance by a marketplace, ad network, or social platform
Uninterrupted uptime

Our site

The design, name, and code of Lunalisa belong to the operator of this site. Model names on the panel are used to describe an option. They do not mean those vendors endorse us.

Third-party services

Google, Account, the billing provider, Tawk.to, Cloudflare, and the model providers have their own terms. We are not responsible for their pages or outages. If Google sign-in or checkout is down, try again later or email us.

Suspension

We may suspend or close access if you break these terms, if a charge is disputed in bad faith, or if we have to take the product down. Unused credits on a closed account for cause are not a cash refund unless the law requires it.

Liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lunalisa and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or a bad publish, arising from your use of the service.

If a court finds we owe you a direct amount, it will not exceed the credits you paid for on this product in the 90 days before the claim, unless the law says we cannot limit it that way.

Changes

We may update these terms when the product changes. The date at the top will change. Continued use after a post means you accept the current terms.
