No. There is no AI unlimited plan and no “no limits” free tier. Start with the guest trial on Spark, then sign in for credits or buy a one-time pack. Spark stills cost 2 credits per image. Credits on a pack do not expire.

A new sign-in on this product gets 10 credits. After that, check in once a day on the generate page: +10 if your balance is 0, +5 if you still have credits. Spark costs 2 credits per image. Luna Lisa, Nano Banana 2, Seedream 5, and photo upload cost more, and 4K costs more than 2K. Guest drafts are a daily count, not the credit ledger. Failed runs are not charged.

Sign in, then tap Check in on the sidebar once per day. If you have used every credit, you get 10. If you still have credits left, you get 5. That is so people generate on the site instead of hoarding a balance. The day follows UTC. Guest drafts stay a separate daily count and do not use this button.

Credits attach to your Google account on this product. Sign in first so the pack lands on the same login you use to generate. We do not create a separate password here.

Try another card or payment method on the Account checkout page. If money left your bank and credits did not appear, keep the receipt and email support@lunalisa.cc with the time, amount, and the email you used to sign in.

Refresh the page and sign in with the same Google account. Credits are tied to that login on this product. If the balance is still wrong after a few minutes, email support@lunalisa.cc with your receipt. We typically reply within 24–48 hours.

Open live chat from Contact, or email support@lunalisa.cc. Include the Google email on the account, the pack you picked, the amount charged, and a screenshot or receipt. We cannot reset a charge from the generate screen.

If you were charged by mistake, or credits were not added after a successful payment, email support@lunalisa.cc and ask for a review. Used credits cannot be reversed into a perfect image. We look at failed checkout and missing-credit cases first.

No. Packs bought here stay on lunalisa.cc. They do not move to another product on Account.

Spark is text-to-image only. Switch to Upload and pick Luna Lisa to edit one photo or several. That path is VIP. Extra photos on this screen are references; the live API uses the first photo as the main reference.
